The individual Pack

- 1 first session of one hour to clarify the objective and start

- 6 sessions of one hour, in person, by Skype or by phone

- 2 to 3 flash sessions (15 min.) or 2, 3 email exchanges to be made between sessions (if needed)

- 1 debriefing session a few weeks after the mandate

- 1 supportive notebook to take notes, make exercices at home and additional readings, plus the use of supportive material

Fixed price: 1’290 CHF (*)

The coaching mandate operates within a frame decided after a preliminary interview.

The support is provided under the form of a fixed price of 8 sessions.

(*) Tariffs are reserved for private individuals that finance their own coaching.

A session may be postponed only with a 24 hour notice.

Terms and conditions: The full payment of the coaching package and workshops is due 48 hours in advance of the first coaching session, at the latest.

Invoices are sent after receipt of payment.
