My approach
Passionate by human relations, I progressively got trained into coaching.
I use handy NLP (Neuro-Programing-Language) exercises complemented by those that I have created myself. With a centred posture, honest and present to the other, I use active listening, and conversational reframing. I also largely use the world of metaphors and coaching with objects, so helpful to accompany each person – aged from 7 à 77 years old – who reach out to me.
I am also a mother of three children from 6 to 20 years old who remind me every day that change is possible and easy as soon as we are aware that we have the choice and that “this is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, but because we do not dare as things seems difficult. »

An avid and accomplished participant of several sports like horse riding, athletics,; I have worked for 20 years in Switzerland, in the USA and in France as a professional of sales and marketing in several industries like CD-ROM, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), IS management, outsourced HR services and training.
I always love – personally and professionally – being in contact with people from diverse cultural and socio-professional environments, rich in their diversity.

Certificates
I hold a certificate of Professional coach from ID Com International (training accredited by the ICF), a diplomat of Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and a “NLP Jeunesse” Certificate from ID Com International, for coaching kids and teenagers with NLP.
I already coached 180 hours and am active in a Coach Circle providing sessions, inter-visions and supervisions between pears. I also hold a Master degree in General management from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and a certificate in English of Cambridge (UK).
